Registration Information

Pre-Registration

E-mail: skchen@ha.mc.ntu.edu.tw. Acceptable forms of payment for pre-registration via mail are credit card (Mastercard or VISA only) or bank draft (in US Dollars only) made payable to "TADR". Registration forms received via Fax are accepted for individuals paying by credit card only (Mastercard or VISA only). Please note that your signature as on your credit card is required in the Pre-registration form. You will receive a confirmation of pre-registration once your registration has been processed.


Registration Information

Participants may opt to register with or without accommodation. Registration will include:

  • 3 night accommodation (Oct. 1-3) and 3 breakfasts (Oct. 2-4)
  • 3 lunches (Oct. 2-4)
  • 6 coffee/tea breaks
  • 1 Gala dinner (Oct. 3)
  • Registration Package

  2. Registration After August 1 and On-Desk Registration

    US$50 will be charged after the pre-registration deadline. Since the meeting place is a very popular resort place, it will be very difficult to get a room for late registration. Thus, Pre-Registration Is Strongly Recommended if accommodation is requested.


Membership

If you wish to join the IADR SEA Division to take advantage of the lower registration fee, your membership must be accepted by the IADR Central Office before registration. You may obtain the application form through IADR website at: www.iadr.com or from your local IADR Country representative or from the IADR SEA Division Treasurer. All applications must be sent by mail to the IADR SEA Division Treasurer: Dr. Edward Lo, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong, Fax:(852)2858 7874, Email: hrdplcm@hkucc.hku.hk (Application deadline: 1 July, 2000)

Accompanying Person

Accompanying persons are those who have no scientific interest in the meeting and may be travelling to Taiwan with an SEAADE/IADR SEA Division meeting participant. Registration fee for accompanying person will only cover 3 night accommodation and 3 breakfasts (US$15 will be charged for each lunch if indicated).
