All participants - including presenters - are required to pay the appropriate registration fee. Member, Non-member, and student registration fees include attendance at all meeting sessions, 3-night accommodation, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 6 breaks, 1 seafood BBQ dinner, and 1 gala dinner.
Membership
If you wish to join the IADR in order to enjoy the lower registration fee, your membership must be accepted by IADR Central Office before registration. You may obtain the application form through IADR website at:

Delegates will receive a confirmation letter by E-mail if an E-mail address is provided. Payment must be received at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be in writing; telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure.

This invitation is only intended to facilitate participants' travel and visa arrangements. It does not imply the provision of any supports, financial aids or else from the local organizing committee.
